Ibrance Capsules Overview Ibrance® (Palbociclib) is an oral targeted anticancer medication belonging to the CDK4/6 inhibitor class. Dosage and Administration Recommended Starting Dose 125 mg once daily for: 21 consecutive days of treatment Followed by 7 days off treatment This completes a 28-day treatment cycle. Dose Reduction Schedule If side effects occur, the treating physician may reduce the dose as follows: Dose Level Daily Dose Starting Dose 125 mg First Reduction 100 mg Second Reduction 75 mg Further reduction below 75 mg may require discontinuation of treatment.
