Description
Oral Treatment for Type 2 Diabetes Management
Rybelsus is a prescription medicine containing semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with Type 2 diabetes. It is the first oral form of semaglutide available as a once-daily tablet.
Rybelsus is available in three strengths:
Rybelsus 3mg tablets
Rybelsus 7mg tablets
Rybelsus 14mg tablets
It is prescribed as part of a dose escalation schedule to improve tolerability and reduce gastrointestinal side effects.

Rybelsus is indicated for adults with Type 2 diabetes mellitus to:

Type 1 diabetes
Diabetic ketoacidosis
